Imagination and vision are critical ingredients when planning social events. These are the most challenging ingredients of them all! Style is now how one feels and sees things...this is a reflection of the client and is the most fleeting, evasive and special part of it all. A complete understanding of event venue to the client based on size of the group, location, flexibility look and cost. An understanding of Kosher is a process of continual learning, experiencing, coordinating, preparing, and establishing "trust" in the Jewish community. I have had well over two decades of understanding Kosher events working closely with all synagogues; establishing relationships with most of the Denver community Mashgiachs, becoming familiar with all facilities and their directions, creating a history of quality events while with Epicurean Catering known as the best, most knowledgeable kosher and kosher style caterer in the Rocky Mountain region. Epicurean’s reputation is well known for being able to overcome the challenges of preparing kosher and also having a level of understanding that has afforded them a position of "complete trust" within this community.

I bring that level of trust, comfort and understanding to every Jewish client. My relationships within this community are extensive and will bring a sense of calm and expertise to every event. I welcome Weddings, Bat and Bar Mitzvahs, Bris’ and Social Gatherings. I am able to guide each client on the specific requirements that are inherant within the event. Knowledge of the synagogues and temples in the Denver area will enhance the planning process. Kosher law "can" be complicated yet having a clear understanding of the limitations, procedures and benefits will definitely be an asset to any event planner.
